We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at milagraylingerie@gmail.com.
Do not send any items before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at milagraylingerie@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
